Field and Forest Ltd cultivates, harvests and processes organic medicinal plants.

Field and Forest Ltd (FAF) is a certified organic agriculture company (Organic certification according to Council Regulation (EU) 2018/848 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 889/2008, LV–BIO-01)

Currently FAF manages more than 500 ha of organically certified land; Of those more than 80% are used for growing medicinal and aromatic plants (chamomile, marigold, caraway, coriander, peppermint, lemon balm, dandelion and others).

FAF also owns more than 640 ha of organic and FSC® certified (FSC-C002604) boreal forest lands rich with coniferous trees. FSC® (Forest Stewardship Certificate) promotes environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial and economically viable management of the world's forests.

FAF conducts B2B ("Business to business") activities and more than 90% of products are exported to EU markets for pharmaceutical and cosmetic needs. The growing demand after plant-based products has promoted FAF to expand the industrial production cycle. Recently the production cycle has been updated with essential oil and hydrosol production from organic medicinal and aromatic plants. Products available in food grade quality (HACCP).

FAF participates in several innovative projects to increase the business capacity.
